Returns & refunds
14-day right of withdrawal
If you live in the EU or UK, you can cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving it. After telling us, you then have a further 14 days to send the items back.
How to return an item
- Email us at yunp2787@gmail.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. Please contact us first: we'll send you the return address and instructions. Parcels sent without contacting us cannot be processed.
- Pack the items securely, in their original packaging if possible.
- Send the parcel with a tracked service and keep your proof of postage.
Condition of returned items
For hygiene reasons, lingerie must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and any hygiene liner still attached. You may try items on as you would in a shop, over your underwear. We may reduce the refund if an item shows signs of wear beyond what's needed to check its fit and appearance.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the cost: just send us a photo of the issue.
Refunds
We refund you within 14 days of receiving your cancellation, to your original payment method. We may wait until we've received the items back (or proof that you've sent them) before refunding. Your refund includes the original standard shipping cost, if you paid any.
Bundle orders
If you return part of a bundle bought at a discount, the refund is based on the discounted price you paid for each item.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To change a size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. You also keep your legal rights under EU consumer law, including the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity.
