Shipping

Free standard shipping on all our products, to every country we deliver to.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with a tracking number once it ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 12 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be longer during busy periods, holidays or customs checks.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Europe, including Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, and to other countries shown at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders delivered within the European Union, no extra customs charges are due. For countries outside the EU (for example Norway, Switzerland or the United Kingdom), local import VAT or duties may be charged by the carrier on delivery and are paid by the customer.

Your order may arrive in more than one parcel

If you order several items, they may ship separately. Each parcel has its own tracking number.

Lost or late parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at yunp2787@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
